Q382 no longer represents the Blue Island-Cumberland profile, so we are looking at a train that no longer exists. On this Sunday September 24, 2000, we see Q382-23 eastbound having just crossed the OH/PA State Line, which is just east of the State Line CPLs at mp BG66.8 in the background. The old P&LE roadbed is on the left. It parallels the B&O on the south side of the mainline all the way from New Castle to Youngstown. We are looking westward from the bike path that parallels the B&O on the north side of the mainline for several miles between New Castle PA and Struthers OH.
